Title: Cellular Biophysics
Abstrat: We are interested in measuring physical parameters of living cells. For this,we employ a variety of techniques like live cell AFM, traction force microscopy and microrheology to determine cell mechanics and cellular forces under different circulstances. Biologically, we are particularly interested in the crosstalk of receptors and the effect of aging on cell mechanics.
